Effective Writing for Business

Business documents are the personality of any organisation. We need to ensure that we are delivering our message to our target audience using a friendly tone, genuine enthusiasm, sincerity and energy.

Communication is a skill that you can learn to perfect. If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life. Response, or reciprocity is the essence of communication. It involves a human being who is involved with other human beings. You are not only the giver of information; you need to ensure that you create an environment of mutual understanding.

Writing reports, proposals, business documents and emails can prove challenging. Being aware of the most acceptable Business English principles will ensure that all documents are written competently and sensitively.
